I will be exalted among the nations,
I will be exalted in the earth!”

Cru’s Call to Prayer, 10 Apr 2020, 9 am, SGT (9 Apr, 9 pm, EDT)

Join the global Cru community in a time of intercession on Facebook and YouTube. (Click the links to view videos of the event which has ended.)

This special event, BE STILL, kicks off a 40-day, 24-hour prayer chain. This is a time to lift our eyes to Jesus and fervently seek Him together as the COVID–19 pandemic disrupts and damages our lives and our world. We join together from our homes to be still, to consider what the Lord is saying to us personally as well as globally, and to pray individually and in our communities.

Temporary Closure of EAST Premises

Please note the above temporary closure of EAST premises although the school remains operational. This year’s Commencement Service has been held in abeyance too. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

This is in light of the evolving COVID-19 situation and in compliance with government advisory. You may read about EAST’s detailed response here. Please do pray for the month-long “circuit breaker” to be effective in preventing further spread of the coronavirus and leading to an effectual resolution of the viral outbreak in Singapore. Shalom.

Jesus Christ Gave Up Everything to Become Man

Design: Blessed Ong

“…When the time came, he set aside the privileges of deity and took on the status of a slave, became human! Having become human, he stayed human. It was an incredibly humbling process. He didn’t claim special privileges. Instead, he lived a selfless, obedient life and then died a selfless, obedient death—and the worst kind of death at that—a crucifixion.” (Philippians 2:6-7, AMP)

Jesus Christ, the Son of God, humbled himself to become man so that man can now know God through believing in Christ as their Saviour and Lord. Hallelujah!

Hosanna in the Highest

Hosanna in the Highest! The King of glory who came to die for all our sins, be resurrected with power on high, went back to heaven, and will come again as the eternal triumphant Lord of all.

Who are you? Whom do you belong to? Hear the song as you ponder your answer to these questions of eternal consequence.
