Asia Graduate School of Theology Alliance (AGST-Alliance) and East Asia School of Theology (EAST) are in partnership to offer a transformative Doctor of Education (EdD) program. It seeks to combine the best of AGST-Alliance and EAST in its philosophy of learning.
The EdD program will be conducted in Bahasa Indonesia (or translated from English) and designed for faculty of Christian higher education and Christian ministers. The location of in-person classes will mostly be in Medan, Indonesia. Some modules may be offered in Singapore or through online learning, depending on the situation. The host for the program is Bethsaida Evangelical School of Theology/Sekolah Tinggi Teologi Injil Bethsaida, Medan (BEST).
A Mandarin webinar was organised on 25 June 2020 by Cru Singapore and presented by East Asia School of Theology on the topic of “Suffering and Blessings from the Book of 1 Peter.” The speaker, Rev Dr Samuel Too, is a Resident Faculty of East Asia School of Theology.
