(from Tuesday to the following Friday, excluding P.H., Saturday, and Sunday)
Bryan Harmelink, PhD

The creation of human beings in the image and likeness of God is a core theological truth at the heart of human identity. This course provides a guided process of reflection on Scripture, leading to the discovery of elements of a biblical theology of the image of God, language, culture, and translation of the Bible. Through both group and individual reflection, theological connections are explored between the Triune God and human beings who are created to communicate, represent Him, and participate in His mission in the world. Students will learn how to think theologically about the motif of image and how its thread runs through Scripture to weave a tapestry of theological truths.
