Partner EAST to Equip International Servant Leaders

At East Asia School of Theology’s 28th Commencement Service in May 2022, we graduated and sent out another 17 workers to the harvest field. This is on top of the over 500 graduates that we have equipped since we started in 1992. 2022 is a significant milestone as we celebrate 30 years of God’s goodness and faithfulness in equipping Christlike servant leaders for the Great Commission.

Our alumni serve as missionaries, pastors, teachers, church planters, etc. in over 25 countries around the world and are making an eternal impact for God’s kingdom. See the following stories of our alumni with their ministry:

Our vision is to raise and equip 10,000 servant leaders through formal and non-formal training as part of EAST Vision 2030 to help fulfill the Great Commission. Since 2020, we are privileged to have trained 5,000 people through bible and ministry equipping webinars, regular online and onsite courses, and digital outreaches. We praise God that despite the pandemic over the last two years, training could still be carried out across borders through digital means. Since the desired outcome is transformative change in the head, heart, and hands, it has been very effective when the students are equipped in-person by resident faculty in a multi-cultural mentored learning environment at the EAST Singapore campus (also known as EAST Mission Hub).

We are expecting a new cohort of students from across Asia to arrive at EAST Singapore before the start of a new academic year in July 2022. Many are from needy developing countries and will need support to help them with the costs of studies at EAST. It costs S$5,000 to help cover a student’s tuition fees for an academic year. The duration of studies stretches from one year to three years depending on the program of studies.

Please consider supporting one (or more) of our international students for this coming academic year (July 2022 to June 2023) with a gift of S$5,000 each or S$420 monthly. Please email us at admin@east.edu.sg if have further questions or to sponsor students from a specific country. Shalom.
