Prayer Pointers 22 February 2023

 

Are you disappointed with yourself and helplessly drawn into endless undue busyness?

“Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time he may exalt you”, 1Peter 5:6 -ESV

During this season of Lent, we are all encouraged to make room for Jesus in our lives and allow Him to help us in our weakness.

Praise God

–    That Lent season is here, an opportunity for us to draw closer to God, to remember Jesus’ life and death, and to focus more on him and less on ourselves and our busy schedules.

Pray for:

–    All students, staff and faculty to allow God to lead us into a time of reflection and surrender.

–     EAST community to humbly acknowledge our own inadequacy and have total dependence on God to help us into repentance, self-sacrifice and to bless others.
