Study of organisational behaviour, development, and leadership, especially that of faith-based organisations. Students interact with both biblical principles and best practices related to organisational design, the continued development and health of the organization, team building, collaborative leadership, leadership development, and succession strategies.
Neil Mamburam, DMin, is the President of AcELT (Academy for Excellence in Leadership Transformation). His goal is to equip and empower leaders for national transformation through building spiritual movements. He earned his DMin in Leadership Studies at Singapore Bible College in 2015. For 17 years, he was the professor for leadership that equipped organizational leaders in the Philippines and across Asia. He is happily married to Marianne and they have three children and one grandchild.

In an era of accelerating change, leaders must develop the capacity for strategic foresight to navigate change, uncertainty, and respond effectively. This course engages students through the analysis and discussion of contemporary events and real-life case studies. Drawing on both futures studies and theological perspectives, students will explore fundamental questions: What is the future? Why is studying the future essential? How to study the future and be future-ready?
Gary Goh, EdD, directs the Master of Strategic Foresight Programme at Malaysia Baptist Theological Seminary (MBTS). He is Singaporean and serves as an itinerant educator, teaching across seminaries in Asia and China. His academic interests include technology, Christian education, and futures studies. He holds a Doctor of Education from the Asia Graduate School of Theology Alliance and a Master of Arts in Chinese Studies from the National University of Singapore. He regularly conducts AI training for Singapore government educators and is a speaker at events organized by the Ministry of Education. His papers have been published in the Journal of Youth and Theology, and conference proceedings of Redesigning Pedagogy International Conference, Singapore.

Explores the process of moving people and organizations toward envisioned outcomes in the context of Christian ministry. Increased understanding of change agent and participant roles, contextual factors as well as skill in conflict resolution and management, handling criticism, and leading for effective and lasting change are intended outcomes for each student.
