Singapore’s Year of Jubilee
EAST celebrates with Singapore on her year of Jubilee and stands with the nation as she celebrates the 50th anniversary of her founding. Majulah Singapura! Onward Singapore!
We look back to give praise and thanks to our God for the leaders He has raised to lead the country for the past 50 years. We look at the present and are filled with gratefulness for the blessings He has bestowed on us as a people. We look forward to the future with hope and humility before our God as we trust him for the next generation and pray for our nation to be a blessing to many more.
“I urge you, first of all, to pray for all people. Ask God to help them; intercede on their behalf, and give thanks for them. Pray this way for kings and all who are in authority so that we can live peaceful and quiet lives marked by godliness and dignity. This is good and pleases God our Savior.” (1 Timothy 2:1-3, NLT)
Jubilee Clapper shown above is originally from the Singapore Jubilee Day of Prayer 2015.
