This is a unique celebration of our fathers in that we will see and hear men sharing about their journey, flawed as they may be.

In receiving and reflecting the love of God, our Heavenly Father, these ordinary fathers were enabled to love extraordinarily.

EAST 23rd Commencement

We praise God for the recent 23rd Commencement Service of East Asia School of Theology conducted at the Bartley Christian Church.

The ceremony saw 25 graduands received their degrees or certificates from the following programs:
• Partners in Ministry Certificate – 2 graduates
• Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ministry – 3 graduates
• Graduate Diploma in Christian Ministry – 2 graduates
• Master of Arts in Biblical Studies – 2 graduates
• Master of Arts in Christian Ministry – 6 graduates
• Master of Arts in Leadership – 2 graduates
• Master of Divinity in Christian Ministry – 5 graduates
• Master of Divinity in Teaching and Exposition – 3 graduates

The Great Commission Award was presented to Ms Lee Mi Youn (MA)

Alumni Retreat 2017

At the inaugural EAST Alumni Retreat, local and international alumni attended the two-day retreat with Dr John Oswalt being the speaker for the plenary sessions. The theme was “Ministering for the Long Haul.” Dr Oswalt is the Visiting Distinguished Professor of Old Testament, Asbury Theological Seminary and was in town to hood Jeremy Chew, EAST resident faculty, as part of the PhD conferral ceremony.
