This course is designed to provide an overview of the Old and New Testaments. The summary of the storyline of the entire Bible in its historical sequence also highlights the primary biblical and theological themes. The course is designed to help learners understand and embrace Jesus Christ as the Promised Messiah and our Saviour and Coming King.

Focuses on biblical counselling approaches to common issues faced by engaged and married couples and in family relationships. Students will learn to recognize and understand common dysfunctions, how individuals relate and why they do so, and how to bring healing and resolution.
Auditors are expected to complete the asynchronous portions of each week’s lesson so that they can participate in class discussions.

A study of each New Testament epistle (Romans through Jude) and the book of Revelation in light of their political, cultural, historical, and literary contexts. Bible study skills learnt in the prerequisite course will be applied to selected passages. Passages that are considered challenging exegetically will also be discussed. Prerequisite: BS510 Bible Study Methods & Hermeneutics.
