Would you like to explore the foundational biblical mandate for the “care of souls,” skilled-helper model, and counseling framework for people-helping?
This course explores the intersection of a biblical mandate for “care of souls” with contemporary societal needs, integrating theology and spirituality with psychological counseling frameworks. Students will examine the essential qualities of an effective counselor and the dynamics of the therapeutic relationship. Ultimately, the curriculum equips participants with a practical, skilled-helper model designed for impactful people-helping in today’s world.
