New Book by Faculty: Matthean Posteriority
Congratulations to our EAST Faculty, Dr. Rob MacEwen on the publication of his new book!
The book, Matthean Posteriority: An Exploration of Matthew’s Use of Mark and Luke as a Solution to the Synoptic Problem, is part of a series, The Library of New Testament Studies. It explores the Matthean Posteriority Hypothesis, evaluating the theory that Matthew made direct use of both Mark and Luke in writing his own Gospel.
The book may be pre-ordered from Amazon.
EAST Cleaning Day
EAST Annual Cleaning Day is about practical care for one’s learning environment. Staff and students serve each other by making sure the EAST campus is conducive to learning all year round.
Thank you all for your great servant attitude and service throughout the day.
Practice for the Inter-Collegiate Games
EAST students getting physical to practice for the Inter-Collegiate Games coming up on 6 March 2015. Alumni are greatly welcomed to join us for the actual Games and practices held every Wednesday afternoon near the school campus. Great job Student Council for organizing this annual event!
EAST MG Retreat 2015
EAST Mentoring Groups (MG) Retreat 2015 saw the school-wide community students, staff, and faculty setting aside time to “disconnect to connect”. This was done through fellowship, fun, rest, silent retreat, and spiritual feeding through the teaching of Rev. Dr. Daniel Chua.
And now to the start of the second semester of classes.
