He specialises in leadership development, strategic HR consulting, organisational development, workforce transformation, capability building, job redesign, and OJT blueprinting. Ban Thong is recognised for helping organisations such as PUB WaterHub, A*STAR BMSI institutes, AIC Learning Institutes, NHG College and NUHS Academy develop forward-looking workforce strategies, transform workplace processes, drive learning innovation, and build strong talent pipelines that unlock workforce potential and support sustainable growth. He worships at Calvary Chapel Singapore and is currently serving as an elder and chairman of the ExCo.
