This course examines the beliefs and practices of the major religions of Asia (Christianity included) as well as their “folk” expressions. The historical and national contexts and overall trends of these religions will be examined to achieve the goal of a deeper understanding of how our pluralistic Asian context impacts our identity and witness as Christians.
