This course is designed to help you grow in your relationship with God, become aware of who God created you to be, discover and do what He has called you to do. Course participation limited to women whose husbands are lay leaders or in full time ministry.
Sophie Quah (Master in Applied Linguistics)
Sophie has been actively involved with the Singapore Cru Homemakers Ministry. She has served with Cru Singapore in East Asia and Singapore since 1997. She and her husband Nelson, have two children.

Being a Partner in Ministry (LF404, 1 credit)
Mondays 9:30 am-12:30 pm Five Mondays in July-August
Looks at the unique challenges and needs of a wife and mother who is a partner in ministry with her husband. Course participation is limited to women whose husbands are lay leaders or in full time ministry.
Margaret is the course coordinator with many years of ministry experience with Cru in Singapore, Philippines and East Asia. She has arranged for a team of women with ministry experience to address different topics relevant to women whose husbands are in ministry.

Physical Settings of the Bible (BS531, 2 credits)

Have you gone on a Holy Land tour in the past and would like to learn more about the places you visited? Or would you like to go in the future but not in the near future? This course will help you better understand the biblical geography, history, and culture. Evening seminars are designed to enhance your personal understanding and study of the Bible.

Keith Shubert, PhD
Keith enjoys making the world of the Bible come alive for his students. He lived in Jerusalem while doing his Masters degree in Historical Geography of Ancient Israel at the Jerusalem University College.
