Prayer Pointers – 26 August 2021

“Behold, how good and pleasant it is when brothers dwell in unity!” – Psalms 133:1, ESV

It was heartening and humbling to witness the recent Singapore National Day Parade 2021 celebrating 56 years of nation building. The heart-warming multimedia show and live presentations reflected the island state’s multicultural populace from various languages, races, ages, and faiths. May we continue to be found faithful in loving our neighbours and serving others as we celebrate the faithfulness of past generations of Singaporeans and current frontline personnel fighting the pandemic.

PRAYER POINTERS – 26 August 2021

Praise God as Singapore’s populace reach high numbers of vaccination, her borders are opening to travellers to/from other countries beginning with Germany and Brunei.

Pray for
– progressive and safe resumption of travel and relaxation of restrictions to allow more in-person exchanges of internationals for ministry and studies among others.
– strength, effectiveness, fruitfulness for EAST Mentoring Groups as they minister in-person or online in Singapore and overseas through the annual Ministry Weekend from this weekend through the next.
