Exposition of Second Corinthians (Evening Course)

NT538A / NT538  Exposition of Second Corinthians (2 credits / 3 credits)
Tuesdays, 7.00 pm-9.15 pm, 18 July to 18 November 2016

2 Corinthians is the Apostle Paul’s letter to a vibrant church in the ancient city of Corinth. The Christians there loved the Lord but struggled to live Christian lives in a culture that was fast-paced, materialistic, intellectual, multi-cultural, and multi-religious—similar to contemporary cities. Paul loved the Corinthians and wrote to help them grow in grace. As such, those teachings found in 2 Corinthians are relevant for us. In this class, we will hear Paul’s pastoral heart to a growing and vibrant church and will learn to apply those principles in our lives.
